Gumbear · Pile to Sheet

Paint the PDF. The sheet fills in.

A Mac app for vendor quotes, invoices, and receipts. Cover Total is the printed number — never a sum of lease payments. Nothing leaves this Mac.

Get Pile to Sheet — $79 One-time. macOS. No account. No cloud.

Printed numbers only

If the page says $9,093.42, Cover says $9,093.42. Lease months stay months. Dash prices stay empty. No invented totals.

Teaches itself a vendor

Drag a box. It guesses titles vs rows. Save the layout. Next file from that vendor, apply the map — and it warns if the page count does not match.

Stays on this Mac

No login. No API key. No upload. Bookkeepers, traders, and anyone who still retypes vendor PDFs.

Will not lie on export

If a row still needs a look, the button says Export with warnings. There is no silent “0 errors.”

How it works

  1. Double-click Pile to Sheet. Not a Terminal window.
  2. Open a PDF. Look at the Cover tab — Total is the printed number.
  3. Drag a box only if something is missing. Titles go on the gray header row.
  4. Click a sheet row to jump back to that box on the PDF.
  5. Export Excel.
